MARIE BERRY

MARIE BERRY

I'm a global marketing executive and serial entrepreneur, operating at the intersection of creativity and technology. Having led marketing across the globe for brands like adidas, Chanel, and Ford, I've developed a deep appreciation for the power of storytelling in diverse cultural contexts. I've founded and exited two startups, which has given me profound respect for anyone building something from scratch.

MY MANTRA

I believe in the power of ScrappY Dreams to craft BEAUTIFUL, bold realities. TRUSTING my inner WHISPER TO GUIDE me is my daily practice.

BE YOUR OWN PROTOTYPE

I see myself as a work in progress—constantly evolving. Each decade brings a new chapter: corporate marketer in my 20s, founder and investor in my 30s, and now, I’m building again, exploring new creative and business frontiers. This spirit of reinvention extends beyond my career. Rediscovering contemporary art has shifted my perspective. Sketching is where I lose time—where ideas become tactile, long before they ever become strategy or product.

Strong Body, Strong Mind

Fitness is a ritual for me. One that prepares me for whatever comes next. Because at the end of the day, I train for life. Like a modern-day warrior. Whether it’s a sunrise run, a tennis match, boxing, or yoga, I carve out time to move every day. Lately, I’ve been drawn to rucking, walking with a weighted vest. It’s beautifully primal. It challenges my body, quiets my mind, and reminds me of the strength we carry.

ONCE A FOUNDER, ALWAYS A FOUNDER

Entrepreneurship rewired my brain. Through founding two startups, I've internalized the thrill of building from scratch. It's a unique blend of adrenaline, fear, and unshakeable belief. Most importantly, it has taught me to find beauty in chaos and opportunity in setbacks. This founder mindset now infuses everything I do, from reimagining established brands to leading any business to the next level.

SAY HI.
